  1. AGT Foods Africa requires teams of 2 or 3, the theme of the pot, the size of the pot & a list of ingredients required to be submitted with the entry.
  2. Pulses must be used in the potjie dish, in recognition of Year of the Pulse 2016. Remember to pre-soak the night before.
  3. Cooking will be done at AGT  from 09h00, dish must be complete and ready to serve at 13h00
  4. Theme decoration and dress up according to your pot is optional but encouraged.
  5. Voting will take place afterwards by all the tasters and a prize will be awarded to best pot.
  6. Closing date for entries and ingredient lists: Friday, 6 May.
