Pojtie Cook-Off

- AGT Foods Africa requires teams of 2 or 3, the theme of the pot, the size of the pot & a list of ingredients required to be submitted with the entry.
- Pulses must be used in the potjie dish, in recognition of Year of the Pulse 2016. Remember to pre-soak the night before.
- Cooking will be done at AGT from 09h00, dish must be complete and ready to serve at 13h00
- Theme decoration and dress up according to your pot is optional but encouraged.
- Voting will take place afterwards by all the tasters and a prize will be awarded to best pot.
- Closing date for entries and ingredient lists: Friday, 6 May.
